Change Password

How to change your password in Online

First, select Settings from the top navigation bar.

Then select Change Password from the sub menu.

Enter your current password in the first field.

Then, enter a new password in the next field. Ensure the password meets the following requirements:

• Be between 8 and 40 characters
• Made up of characters from at least 3 of the following groups
  • Uppercase
  • Lowercase
  • Numbers
  • Special characters except for the following ' ^ & < >
• Must not repeat the same character more than twice
• Not be the same as your last 5 passwords

Enter your new password again in the third field to confirm it's correct.

Note: You will need to confirm this request by providing an SMS One Time Password (OTP). To do so, click the "Get SMS" button to request an SMS One Time Password. Enter this OTP in the field.

When you are done, click the Change Password button to complete.
